West Branch Drug & Alcohol Abuse Commission is a private, non-profit human service agency. The Commission is dedicated to serving the prevention, intervention, and treatment needs of the individuals, families, and communities of Lycoming and Clinton counties affected by alcohol, tobacco, or other drugs.
